Reservations

Hotel room reservations at the Omni Grove Park Inn may only be made via the conference website as part of the conference registration process. After a conference registration has been submitted, a special website link will be provided to book a room under the conference room block.

Should you have a special request or need additional assistance that cannot be accommodated by the hotel, please contact optionsconference@theocc.com.

The following room and rate options are available for Options Indutry Conference attendees:

These rooms are located in either the Vanderbilt Wing or Sammons Wing and offer views of Asheville's city skyline, our Donald Ross-designed golf course and the Blue Ridge Mountains. These rooms create the same historic experience with a modern twist and feature one king, two queen or two double beds. Approximately 300-350 square feet.

	Deluxe Mountain View Located in the historic Main Inn, enjoy view off Asheville's skyline, our Donald Ross-designed golf course and the Blue Ridge Mountains. These rooms feature one king or two double beds. Approximately 300-350 square feet.
	Premium Room These rooms are located in either the Vanderbilt Wing or Sammons Wing overlooking The Spa gardens or our resort's landscaping. Enjoy a room that creates the same historic experience with a modern twist. Approximately 300-350 square feet.
	Premium Mountain View Room These rooms are located in either the Vanderbilt Wing or Sammons Wing and offer views of Asheville's city skyline, our Donald Ross-designed golf course and the Blue Ridge Mountains. These rooms create the same historic experience with a modern twist and feature one king, two queen or two double beds. Approximately 300-350 square feet.
	Executive King Suite Located in the Vanderbilt Wing, these over-sized accommodations offer a comfortable sitting area and walk-out, standing balcony overlooking The Spa gardens and our resort's landscape or our Donald Ross-designed golf course, the Blue Ridge Mountains and Asheville’s skyline. These rooms feature one king bed. For an additional charge, a connecting room with one king or two double beds can be added. Approximately 1,000 square feet.
	Club Floor These rooms feature a spa-like bathroom and include daily valet or garage parking. 450-650 square feet.

Taxes/Gratuities

All Guest Room rates are subject to a current tax of 13% plus a reduced $25.00 per night resort service fee.

Reservations must be made prior to 5:00 p.m. ET, Friday March 29, 2024. You are encouraged to make your reservations early, as housing is available on a first-come, first-served basis, and room and rate availability cannot be guaranteed even prior to the cutoff date.

Hotel room reservations at the Omni Grove Park Inn require a one night's deposit to guarantee your reservation. Guestroom cancellation policy is 7 days prior to 4:00 p.m. local time day of arrival. Cancellations made within this window will forfeit the one night's deposit.

2024 Options Industry Conference Rate may include fees related to the Options Industry Conference.

Hotel Reservation Changes

Hotel room reservation change requests should be made directly with the hotel. Changes made after the cutoff date of March 29,2024, will be subject to space and rate availability. To change your reservarion, please contact the hotel directly using the phone number and reservation number on your reservation confirmation.
